SE 19th St. Overlay and Curb Ramps Project Plan

This project includes edge grinding and overlay with 1 ½”-inches of asphalt, adding some sidewalks and improving ADA curb ramps at Hwy 101 (SE Corner) and SE 19th Street and SE Lee St.

What to Expect During Construction

Construction includes milling and paving work along the project street(s) listed on the plans linked above.

• Construction will create noise, vibration, dust, and will disrupt normal street activity.
• Heavy construction, crews and machinery will be on-site.

Business and/or Residential Access During Construction

• Traffic plans, including detours, will be posted well in advance of affected intersections.

Hours of Construction

• 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, per City code.
• Construction schedule may be subject to adjustment due to a variety of factors; including conditions underground, weather, traffic impacts, subcontractor schedules, and availability of materials.
