Current Lincoln City & Surrounding Area Beach Fire Restrictions

Current Public Fire Restrictions per Oregon Department of Forestry:

  •  No Debris Burning
  • Smoking in designated locations, vehicles on improved roads and boats in the water
  • Campfires in designated locations
  • Appliances using bottled fuels allowed
  • No Fireworks
  • No exploding targets, tracer ammunition or sky lanterns
  • Equip each power saw with a shovel and fire extinguisher or gallon of water
  • Provide a 1-hour fire watch after the use of each power saw
  • Cutting, welding or grinding must be done in a clear area with a water supply

Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) - West Oregon District Public Fire Restrictions for West Oregon District I (including Lincoln City and Lincoln County) are now in High Fire Danger.

The Industrial Fire Precaution Levels (IFPLs) are (with current level in Bold):

  • WO-1 (Includes Central Oregon Coast and Lincoln County) = Industrial Fire Protection Level I: Fire Season

  • WO-2 - II (Level 2 = Limited Shutdown)

  • WO-3 - III (Level 3 = Restricted Shutdown)
