Within the Americans With Disability Act (ADA) of 1990, the City of Lincoln City will make reasonable modifications in its policies, practices, and procedures to individuals with disabilities, so that they may receive an equal opportunity to participate in programs offered by the city.

A general program may be adapted using auxiliary aids and services, but the basic structure of the program remains the same. Modifications are made as needed and can be flexible and creative. A minimum of 15 business days of advanced notice is requested.

This Parks Master Plan provides the findings and recommendations for providing parks, open space, and facilities in Lincoln City. The plan provides policies for developing the park, open space, trail system, and community center, and suggests methods of financing improvements and management. The plan also provides a strategy to meet the short-term needs in Lincoln City. More specifically, the Plan identifies and evaluates existing park and open space areas, assesses the need for additional parkland, open space, and specialized facilities, establishes criteria and standards for site selection, design, and management of the various areas, and recommends an approach to funding acquisition, development, and maintenance.
