The Lincoln City Municipal Code is revised through ordinances, which are approved by City Council. The City sends adopted ordinances to an outside firm for "codification" (that is, to add the new language approved by ordinance into the City Code). This process usually happens twice a year. This means that not all adopted ordinances are in the Lincoln City Municipal Code that is found here (link below). The "Recently Adopted Ordinances" links below will provide you with adopted ordinances that have not yet been codified. If blank, all approved ordinances are codified.
