Special Events Permit Requirements

Please read this information carefully. Please note, for complete Requirements, please see links to the current City of Lincoln City Municipal Code (LCMC Chapter 5.16 Special Events) regarding Special Event Permits.

Application for for a special events permit can be found below, picked up at City Hall, or requested by mail. Applications for a Special Event Permit shall be made to the Administrator at least 45 days prior to the start of event and no more than one year prior to the start of the event. No permit shall be accepted for processing unless it is submitted at least 45 days prior to the start of the event.
