WHAT IS THE SITE ZONED FOR? Every property in Lincoln City has an assigned land use zone that defines what uses are allowed and describes other requirements for your intended business such as parking and signage.
Occupancy Symbol

WHAT IS THE BUILDING’S DESIGNATED USE/OCCUPANCY? Every building in the State of Oregon is assigned an occupancy classification when it is built and each classification has different fire code and building code requirements. Note that this is regardless of whether you plan to change the space in any way.
