Water Treatment Plant - Consumer Confidence and Water Quality Reports
Following a comprehensive review of our water service lines in 2024, Lincoln City is pleased to announce that no lead service lines were identified within our system.
In 1985, Public Water Systems nationwide had to certify that they did not have any lead in the public system. In July 1985, the state of Oregon banned all future use of lead components in public water systems. The certification from 1985 did not create an exception for the new EPA requirements for public water service line inventories submitted in 2024, so we completed a new inventory using the current EPA approved inspection methods and confirmed again that no lead service lines are present in our city.
