If you are a contractor with a CCB, you may apply for building and mechanical permits through the State's online ePermitting system. Inspections can be requested through the system as well. The ePermitting system can also be used by anyone to pay for building and mechanical permits.

Water and Sewer utility service is provided by the City of Lincoln City. If you would like to open or close your account or make changes to your existing account or have questions about your account you can fill out the form below which will be emailed to the Finance Department.
