This undeveloped property is located at the southeast corner of SE 32nd Street and Highway 101 and was formed out of the recent re-alignment of the intersection as part of a $12M ODOT highway improvement project. The new lighted intersection provides quick and convenient access to the beach just a few blocks to the west. The 0.85-Acre site has a wooded slope on the south and east edges of the site, and a fairly flat buildable area immediately adjoining the intersection.
