This is an application for a conditional use permit and modification for Phase VI of the Lincoln Palisades project in Lincoln City (see vicinity map). The land use permit is required in order to construct a sanitary sewer connection. The applicant is also proposing to construct the project in two phases, which requires a modification to the approved development plan. A public hearing is required.
